Strength SEED assessment is a simple tool. This tool consists of behavioural statements for your evaluation that are understandable to any rational personnel. While you are using this tool, please know the guidelines below to increase the accuracy of the results.
- These statements do not reflect your values, attitudes or aspirations. And there are no right or wrong answers.
- While assessing, imagine that you are in a completely new environment, instead of thinking about your familiar living environment.
- Obtaining meaningful results purely depends on your comprehension of the evaluation statements, the influence of the environment in which you perform the assessment, your sincerity and any other factors influencing your mind while you conduct the assessment.
