She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an ILM Level 7 Coach and Mentor for C-suite, and Practitioner of EIA (for Individuals) and ITCA (for Teams) certifications from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

With her 15 years of versatile experience, she empowers entrepreneurs & leaders through her firm D Leader (“Dignify Your Leadership”). A former EMCC APAC ambassador & Leadership Motion Country Manager, she also teaches HRM at Stamford University, Bangladesh.
